Copying or saving any content (including photos, text, graphics, logos, icons and sound recordings) on this website without my express permission will constitute a copyright infringement under the applicable laws in force in France.
Wise Up Photography does not give you any right or interest in any copyright or intellectual property rights in any product, nor the right to copy them. The content of all the software, website, and pages relating to Wise Up Photography’s website is owned by Lucas Strazzeri EI. It may not be used, copied, or altered without my express consent. Copyright extends to the design of the website, all photographs on it and its marketing materials.

Prices and information
Price and availability information is subject to change without notice.
Prices are displayed excluding VAT, but VAT is calculated once you have entered your shipping address in the cart.
VAT for items shipped inside the European Union:
5.5% for books and limited edition prints.
20% for posters and postcards.
For orders above 10,000 euros, VAT will be calculated according to the shipping address.
VAT for items shipped outside the European Union:
6% for limited edition prints above 5,000 euros.
I don’t collect any VAT for other items exported outside the European Union.
Any local duties, customs, and taxes that apply must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.
Book orders sent to private individuals in the following countries should not incur duty or sales tax:
United States, Brazil – all book orders are duty/tax free
Australia, Hong Kong, New Zealand, Singapore – single standard books are duty/tax free

I do not claim to be a financial, legal or customs expert. This guidance is for information use only and may be subject to change without notice. If duty or sales tax is applicable I will endeavour to give the customer prior notification, but the customer is still responsible for all customs and import charges. I reserve the right to refuse a return if a customer refuses to pay the import charges.
All products listed on the site are available to order, unless stated otherwise. All prints are available on backorder with an estimated production time of 10 working days after receiving payment. The book is, for now, on pre-order and will be shipped as soon as it is printed.
Except in relation to the description of products and services available to order from my website, I do not guarantee the accuracy of any information provided on the website.
Wise Up Photography does not accept liability for any of the opinions expressed in, or content of, product reviews, blogs, or other comments, or photographs that are shown on this site. The fact that third party opinions and comments are displayed does not mean they are endorsed, favoured or recommended by Wise Up Photography.
Ordering process

Payment accepted on checkout: credit card/debit card, Bancontact, EPS, Giropay, iDEAL, Sofort, SEPA Direct Debit, Apple Pay / Google Pay, PayPal.
For orders placed directly with me, the customer must make payment immediately following receipt of the initial invoice. The time period allowed for making payment will be stated on the invoice. If I do not receive payment within the specified period I may choose to cancel the order, cancel the reservation for the allocated product, and refuse the customer future reservations for that product.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the payment, or proof of sending payment, is received by me within this time limit. Orders will not be processed until receipt of full cleared payment so it is in the customer’s interest to pay promptly.
You undertake that all details provided to the Wise Up Photography for the purpose of the order and its delivery will be correct. Wise Up Photography reserves the right to obtain validation of your credit card, debit card or PayPal details before accepting your Order.
Limitations to the use of artwork
Fine art prints, posters, and postcards sold by Wise Up Photography are for private use only and are protected by French copyright laws. The purchase of artworks from Wise Up Photography does not confer the rights to reproduce them or make them available to the public in any medium or form, nor does the supply of artwork imply the availability of these rights.
To publicly display or exhibit artwork by Wise Up Photography, permission should be granted in advance, and depending on the project, an additional fee should be agreed upon.
Exhibition rights can be obtained for all artwork by Wise Up Photography. If you wish to order artwork to display in a public place such as an office, a shop, or a cafe, get in touch with me.
Original Artwork Vs. Posters & Postcards
Original artworks
Original artworks are produced on demand in a limited quantity and taxable as such. They are signed and numbered on the back, and delivered with a certificate of authenticity that doesn’t mention the price. They are printed with pigment ink on fine art paper, to last up to 100 years.
The total number of prints listed under each Limited Edition Artwork represents the total number of collectors’ prints being produced commercially for that artwork. No more will be produced for sale once all prints have sold out. I reserve the right to produce up to two ‘Artist’s Proofs’ (AP) for each artwork, in addition to the editions quoted, but if these are produced they are not normally intended for commercial sale.
Prices for limited editons increase as editions sell.
Original artworks are available in different sizes but within the strict specified limit. In other words, for the same photograph, edition 1 is available in one of all sizes, edition 2 is available in one of all sizes, and so on.
Posters & Postcards
Posters ans Postcards are copies of an original artwork.
Art is subjective and should not rely on the print medium to be categorized as art. If your budget does not allow you to purchase the original artwork, you can have it in poster or postcard. They may not offer the same benefits of longevity, quality and presentation but they can still provide an emotional connection with an image.
All photographs can be printed according to your wishes. For large orders, a special size, framing, or one of my photographs not listed on the site, please contact me.
Shipping
Make sure your delivery address is correct and completed in full before submitting your order. If your order is returned to me, I will be happy to re-send it. If your order is NOT returned to me, I will do my best to locate it, but I take no responsibility and I will not be able to re-send it under any circumstances. All returns are the responsibility of the customer until they reach me.
Shipping rates are calculated during check out according to the shipping address.
All items are shipped with a tracking number.

Overseas 1: Mayotte, Reunion, Guadeloupe, Martinique, Saint Barthelemy, Saint Pierre and Miquelon, French Guiana.
Overseas 2: French Southern Territories, French Polynesia, New Caledonia, Wallis and Futuna.
For all zones except 5 and 6, shipping costs are independent of the number of items in your cart and will be calculated based on the most expensive shipping class in your cart. If you purchase a print and a book, you will only be charged for the book’s shipping. Buy 3 prints at once, and you’ll pay the same shipping fee as if you buy 1. If you buy 2 prints and a book, you’ll pay the same shipping fee as if you only bought the book.
For zone 5 and 6, books will be shipped individually in order to offer the most reasonable fee. Consequently, shipping fees increase with the number of books in your cart. Shipping costs remain independent of the number of prints ordered at once.
The VAT rate of the shipping fees, if any, will be based on the lowest VAT rate in your cart.
Returns & Refunds Plolicy
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, I guarantee to refund any item, if returned in accordance with the following Returns & Refunds Policy.
Returns:
To return your item, you have to inform me by email within the 14 calendar days from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be new, unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost. The goods should be sent back with a valid tracking number, as I will not be responsible for returns lost in the post.
Please take great care when unboxing printed materials. When working with fine art prints, I strongly advise wearing white cotton gloves.
A downloadable or digital product can’t be returned or refunded after purchase. Similarly, a physical product sold with a downloadable or digital product as one item, can’t be returned or refunded after purchase.
Refunds:
Once I receive your item, I will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, I will initiate a refund to your credit card. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Shipping fees will not be refunded.
Limitations & Liability
Wise Up Photography has tried to make the descriptions (including all pictures) of the products as accurate as possible, but you should check the dimensions stated or contact me for exact sizes.
Photographs displayed on the website may appear slightly different on paper. This is due to variation in color calibration between the monitor displaying the photograph and the paper it is printed on.
Wise up Photography makes no promise that the use of wiseup-photo.com will be uninterrupted or error free. This website is provided on an ‘as available’ basis. In the event of technical errors, I will do my best to repair them as quickly as possible.
This website contains links to other websites which are not under my control. These links are provided for your use only and we are not responsible for the availability, quality, content, or nature of the other sites on the internet that are owned and operated by third parties (“external sites”) to which Wise up Photography links and websites located on or through any external site, nor for any transactions involving external sites (including as to ‘cookies’, personal data, confidential information, or purchase of domain names or other services). You should contact the site administrator or webmaster for those external sites if you have any concerns regarding such links, websites, or transactions.
These Terms and Conditions shall not limit any rights you may have as a consumer that may not be excluded under applicable law, nor shall they exclude or limit Wise Up Photography’s liability for death or personal injury resulting from its negligence nor any fraudulent representation.
Wise up Photography excludes liability for any loss or damage of any kind howsoever arising, including without limitation any, direct, indirect, or consequential loss; and Wise up Photography shall have no liability to pay any money by way of compensation, including without limitation all liability in relation to:
• any incorrect or inaccurate information on Wise up Photography’s website,
• any interruptions to or delays in updating Wise up Photography’s website,
• the infringement by any person of any intellectual property rights of any third party caused by their use of Wise up Photography’s website or any product purchased with me,
• any loss or damage resulting from your use or the inability to use Wise up Photography’s website or resulting from unauthorised access to, or alteration of your transmissions or data in circumstances which are beyond my control,
• any loss of profit, wasted expenditure, corruption or destruction of data or any other loss which does not directly result from something we have done wrong,
• any amount or kind of loss or damage due to viruses or other malicious software that may infect a user’s computer equipment, software, data or other property caused by persons accessing, using or downloading Wise up Photography’s website, or from transmissions via emails or attachments received from Wise up Photography.
Wise up Photography will not be held responsible for any failure to perform any obligation under these terms and conditions if such failure is caused by the occurrence of any unforeseen event beyond its reasonable control, including without limitation, internet outages, communications outages, fire, flood, etc.
Lucas Strazzeri EI reserves the right to take any criminal or civil action it deems fit in the case of bad use of its website and its content, as well as in the case of breach of the Terms and Conditions.
Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
The relationship between the user and the provider shall be governed by the applicable laws in force in France. In the event of dispute, the parties may submit their differences to the ordinary courts in accordance with the applicable rules on international jurisdiction.
Drug Policy
Wise Up Photography does not encourage the use, supply, or production of illegal drugs or controlled substances in any way.
